Power Pole Training
Power Pole Training is a unique program for pole dancers beginners to advanced and everywhere in between. It is programming designed to accelerate pole strength and conditioning safely and effectively. Power Pole Training can be used to accomplish a variety of goals such as returning to pole dancing after a break or post injury, improving performance and technique, and increasing general strength or weight loss!

if you miss them but have paid for it, there will be a replay for you to look back on and do that class at as time that works for you!

Or you can do a membership for 15/week Work out beforehand and extra weekly video with extra workout
This class is specifically designed to meet you right where you are and challenge your body in strength training, for the whole body. We will work on climbs, inversions, grip training, aerial training, and everything to build your strength and confidence to step into that next level class.
I’m stuck in one spot and I don’t know how to get to the next level…
I hear this all the time with pole dancers. They have been struggling to get from the beginner class and now they want to move up to more advanced tricks, dance classes or try something new.
For my intermediate and advanced pole dancers, bring your heaviest boots or heels and your ankle weights.. We will keep you challenged and work on your Non-Dominant side so that you won’t have one.
